Since entering the industry in 2020, Florence has grown quickly — not only in skill, but in how they show up for the people they work with. They see every client relationship as a form of care, and every service as an opportunity to give someone something that lasts well beyond the salon. Florence is a firm believer in energy transference, and they bring intention and detail to every appointment, from the first consultation to the final finish.

Their work has taken them behind the scenes of multiple Fashion Weeks, including Paris Fashion Week, where they created a headpiece that walked the runway. They have worked as a hair color educator and served as a brand ambassador within the industry — experience that continues to shape how they approach color, texture, and technique today. Currently, Florence is deepening their expertise within the Davines world and building their practice at their new home, Alchemist Society.
